Since our firm's beginnings in 1974, our philosophy has been to put ourselves in the position of an outside controller and consultant to our nonprofit clients. This allows us to provide you with aggressive and cost-effective tax and business planning. While many CPA firms are preparation and compliance oriented, little attention is given to the planning opportunities available to their clients. Our philosophy, however, is to successfully integrate these planning opportunities with our preparation, compliance, and audit work.

Our Profile

Our firm has specialized in serving the nonprofit industry since 1974. We currently serve more than 65 nonprofit clients. Our clients are diverse both as to size and the nature of their nonprofit organizations.  Annual budgets range from $1 million to over $16 million.  Our clients include health and welfare organizations, trade associations, clubs and membership organizations, educational institutions and others.
